Each part has two different  floors basement, parter and Mezzanine. There are several two floor apart
There are 3 types of apartments:

Small 35 m2
Large 75 m2
Extra Large 125 m2

- corridors and open kitchen areas - latex walls, terracotta and granite floorings;
- shower rooms with terracotta tiled walls and floorings;
- common parts of the building with latex painted walls and granite floorings;
- all electric installations completed;
- cables for telephone, internet  and TV;
- water and sewage system installed
- sanitary faience in bathrooms and WC;
- heating system with electric radiators;
- PVC double glazing windows in wood colour;
- secure front door;
- internal doors made of MDF;
- rooms for door-keeper;
- rooms for washing and service premises;
- fence surrounding the whole complex;
- green spots, grass, etc.
